Hey, friends! Okay, so the “real” topic this week is actually “Series I’ve Given Up On/Don’t Plan to Finish” but I feel like I just told you all the seven books I’ve DNFed in my book reviewing life. Also, last Tuesday I posted Summer 2018 Recommendations That I’ve already Read! Aaaaah I didn’t know Monstress vol 3 was going to be released this soon! I absolutely loved the first two volumes and definitely want to pick this one up as soon as it releases 😀

I can’t wait for The Descent of Monsters! I loved the first two books in the series, they’re my favorite novellas. Pride by Ibi Zoboi is one I’m anticipating too, because American Street was one of the best contemporary books I read in 2017. I hope they’re great!

Ah oh my goodness! I read the Legend trilogy a while back and I thought it was alright, but I really like Batman and Warcross by her! I would definitely recommend those two! 💕

I’m really excited for Catwoman: Soulstealer (it’s like my only anticipated read for summer) but I haven’t read Wonderwoman or Batman yet. I have them both on my shelf and plan on getting to them right before Catwoman releases so I can read them all together!
