➽1) WHAT ARE YOUR TOP 3 BOOK PET PEEVES?

  • Pointless and unbelievable miscommunication.
  • When writers give AIs and robots genders
  • Once a character is killed, they should stay dead. Ghost forms are okay.

➽2) NAME A PERFECT READING SPOT.

Winter night, fireplace blazing, pouring rain outside, cup of coffee steaming, and me, cuddled up with a blanket.

➽3) GIVE 3 READING CONFESSIONS.

  • Sometimes (as long as it’s not a REALLY anticipated read) I will read the last page or paragraph of a book. I DON’T EVEN KNOW WHY! And I know this really bothers a lot of people, but I sometimes do it.
  • I’ve totally read graphic novels at bookstores, taken notes, and went home and reviewed them.
  • I don’t mind it when characters “let out a breath they didn’t know they were holding!”

➽4) WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU CRIED DURING A BOOK?

I’m a crying at, like, everything, so probably last night. For real.

      1. I know eh?? Like…I cry at everything. I cry at those videos where people are getting puppies for the first time because it just melts my heart…oh well haha. I simply can’t snack…my multitasking skills are not up to par 😂. And thank you love! I’m almost done Perkins’ “Anna and the French Kiss” series! Never thought I’d get so into it haha! And yay!!!     Second, I've got some thoughts:
    1) Yes! OMG yes to the miscommunication issues frequently plagued in books. WHY will none of these "chosen ones"/grown adults TALK to each other?? Freaking annoying.
    2) The last page reading confession…I am shook.
    3) I also have ZERO qualms with the "let out a breath" thing because I know I have frequently claimed to have done the same so the haters will need to roll their eyes at me too!
    4) You not saying caprese salad and/or popsicles for fave snack makes me feel like the whole world is a lie. 😉

    And I am with you on reading graphic novels in the store.. eeeh, I might have read books there. But look, I was a backpacker and there was this neat little cafe in the store and you were allowed to read the books there.. no one complained! 😀

  15. I also sometimes read the last page of a book, although this is a habit I haven’t done much in the past year or so I used to do it ALL THE TIME. Which is freaking weird because I hate spoilers and refuse to read/watch things that have been spoiled and this is essentially a giant spoiler who am I?
