  1. I might actually join you for Sense & Sensibility!!! I’ve been wanting to read that for forever because I really liked Pride & Prejudice.. but I never find motivation to pick up a classic.
And I love the way you set this up and that you’re also watching adaptations! I think it’s gonna motivate a lot of people to join you and read more classics this year ♥

      1. I’m pretty sure I have a couple of these on my kindle already but there might be some I have to try and get from my library or maybe I can find them on scribd. Yeah when I saw November’s pick I was like oh gosh lol.

      2. Me too!! I love buddy reading books and like I said I think it will make reading classics easier and more enjoyable. How do you plan on doing this. Are you going to have a place where everybody can chat about the book?

  2. I’m a pretty big classics reader so I’ve read all but one of these already. But I will definitely join you for A Study in Scarlet!! And I am so nervous and excited for you to read Wuthering Heights, I’m hoping so hard that you love it! ❤

  3. One of my goals this year was to read more classics, and I kind of failed, so this is the perfect opportunity! I’m going to try to read along as best as possible. 🙂
Also, I’m very excited to read Sherlock Holmes! I actually have read A Study In Charlotte, and while I didn’t love it, it was a fun story to read!
I can’t wait for this event to start!! ❤

  5. Love this! I’ve actually read all of these (three of them this year!), but I think I’m going to try and participate and reread at least A Study in Scarlett and Wuthering Heights. Maybe Anna Karenina, too.

    1. Yessss! I am honored, Stephanie! And even more excited now! And… I’m going to need all the friends and buddy reads in the world for Anna Karenina! But I’m hyped! Hahah! I hope you’re having happy reading! 💕xx

      1. I actually really liked Anna Karenina, so it might be fun to reread! And I’ve been meaning to revisit Wuthering Heights, because it’s been a while. So I’m definitely going to participate as much as I can. This looks so fun!

  6. I’m in – I’m always up for more classics. I’ve read A Study in Scarlet and Rebecca but not the others. So this will be fun! The new book the Winter by Lisa Gabriele was inspired by Rebecca if your looking for a follow up to read after Rebecca. That is is you love Rebecca. 🙂

Thanks for all the planning and posting the schedule ahead of time. I got this bookmarked and I follow on instagram. Can’t wait for January!

  8. This is awesome! I’m interested in joining for A Study in Scarlet, Wuthering Heights, and Anna Karenina. But it really depends if I finish reading Frankenstein and We Have Always Lived in the Castle by then. I borrowed these from the library so I just can’t postpone them. 😂
