May 2019 Wrap Up

WrapUp5
Okay, yeah, I know this is very late, but better late than never…. right? RIGHT? I hope so, haha! Okay, so in May I was in Hawaii for a little over two weeks, and I only was able to read three books while there! Then, when arriving home, I was so busy getting caught up with work and with packing for NYC that I just didn’t read very much (for me) in the month of May! But I was still able to read seven books that I really enjoyed and I’d love to talk to you about them!

(Like always, you can click the links in each of the titles if you would like to read a more in-depth review of each book and see the individual trigger and content warnings.)

Arranged by R.K. Lilley ⭐⭐⭐

Enthralled (The Enslaved Duet #1) by Giana Darling ⭐⭐⭐

Gideon the Ninth (The Ninth House #1) by Tamsyn Muir ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dragon Pearl by Yoon Ha Lee ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Descendant of the Crane by Joan He ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Blackbird, Vol. 1 (Blackbird #1-6) by Sam Humphries & Jen Bartel ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Aurora Rising (The Aurora Cycle #1) by Jay Kristoff & Amie Kaufman ⭐⭐

Okay, friends, that’s it! Again, I’m so sorry that this is so late! I swear, May and June have both just been whirlwinds for me and traveling! But I hope the rest of this summer I am able to focus on my reading and all my bookish endeavors! I hope you all are having the happiest of reading! And I hope you enjoy my June Wrap Up tomorrow!

      1. Oh that’s so great! I’m originally from Oahu (the main island with Honolulu on it 😉 ) and I miss it every single day. I’m so glad you got to island hop! That’s something I didn’t do until very recently, despite growing up on Oahu all my life lol.
